Shipping

• $12.00 flat rate shipping within the continental United States on orders under $200.

• FREE shipping on all orders over $200 (within the continental United States.)

• Orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed. 

• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

• We are not responsible for; delays with UPS or USPS or packages/products that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Returns

• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the day you received your items. 

• Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.

• Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

• Zanna reserves the right to refuse a refund if merchandise is not in original condition or outside of the 7 day return window.

• Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.

• Shipping fees are not returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Refunds for product will be issued to the original payment method.

• Any purchase made with a Reward Certificate is a FINAL SALE.
